-Preamble

Connecting to the http://www.lallachiffon.com site, you acknowledge have previously read general conditions of sale, and you agree to be bound for the purchases you make. This agreement will govern all orders placed between you and http://www.lallachiffon.com under a system of distance selling on the internet of the products defined in the catalog for the sale of the site.





-Article 01. Applications of the General conditions of sale

You acknowledge having read, by validating your order, conditions of the offer as they are defined here. Therefore, they are binding on you without any reservation. Confirmation of an order on the site means that you accept without reservation these rules for you: they are only applicable to the contract so concluded, and replace all other general conditions, including those of the purchaser.
In addition by confirming your order, you acknowledge having read, not only information contained in the General conditions of sale of the site but also the following information:

The price of the product all taxes + shipping included

Metropolitan 1 France, Corsica and Monaco postage
5.50€ to € 12.00 depending on the nature and the weight of the consignment
For the rest of the world, an additional amount will be added according to the place of delivery.

-Article 02. Purchase and order
Lalla cloth reserves the right to modify in whole or in part and at any time the present general conditions.

Your order is permanently registered once you have validated your payment. The conclusion of the contract of sale will intervene only if we accept this command. Indeed we reserve the right not to register a payment and therefore do not confirm an order, inter alia for the following reasons: a problem with the received order (ex: abnormal, illegible) or requested out of the area in which delivery.
Once you have validated your payment, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation or refutation of your order from us.
This email will be sent to you at the latest 24 hours worked after receipt of this order.

You are liable for your order. Indeed, the data that you advertise committed you once the command past. If an error in the wording of the recipients, disclaim any liability in the case of impossibility to fulfil the command.


-Article 03. Characteristics of our products

The products we offer on our site are described in sheets containing a photo and specifying their characteristics. However these photographs have no contractual character.
Product offerings are valid within the limit of stocks available.
In the event of an order confirmed and adjusted, and breach of stocks, http://www.lallachiffon.com reserves the right to deliver a similar product offering identical characteristics in size and quality, having previously warned the customer by phone or e-mail.



-Article 04. Payment

Payment may be made cash at the socket command, by card bank (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard)... based on technology of payment securse via SystemPay of the savings bank or Paypal (http://www.paypal.fr).
If you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer, the order will be sent upon receipt of your payment.

-Article 05. Delivery, claims, Force majeure

Within the limit of stocks available.
Average delivery time: 4 days on receipt of order.
For a shipment to overseas territories or abroad, please contact us.
In the event of damage, please note your reservations on the records of the carrier or refuse the delivery, and notify us by mail.
This procedure is required for the ordered article will be exchanged or refunded as soon as possible.
We supply the goods to the place of delivery but cannot however be held responsible for an impossibility of delivery independent of our will (absence, error of wording in the address, etc...), so be sure the accuracy of delivery addresses.
Any inaccuracy causes a significant delay and additional costs which you will be passed.
Any delay caused cases of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.), will not engage the responsibility of the Boudoir of Lalla cloth.
Similarly, the Boudoir of Lalla cloth cannot be held responsible for any interruption of the site or intrusion by third parties on the site, worth as an independent technical event of its will and its control.



-Section 06 - litigation

The sales contract is governed by French law.
All disputes relating to the interpretation or breach of said contract shall be of the exclusive competence of the commercial court of Bastia (20 France). Only this Court has jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

Information

Regulation in 2 or 3 checks
Any order minimum of €90, you have the option of resolve us in 2 or 3 times by cheque.
To do this, you will need to prepare 2 or 3 checks in an amount equal to the total amount of the order (example: 3 cheques from €70 for a command of €210), dated the day of the order but that will be cashed one by one, at 1 month intervals (the first will it be sending the command).
It's easy and free. Simply send us the cheque and photocopy both sides of your identity card at the time to pay for your purchases.
